How much of the EARTH are you really saving?
I fell off my bike and can’t get up. Biden thinks electric vehicles are the future, he may be correct, however this is the WRONG decade to FORCE people, companies, other countries into it. No doubt his ties to Ukraine (most nuke plants on the globe) has nothing to do with Hunter or the millions he’s skimmed. Aside of all the BS, what transmits electricity?
As of now, copper and aluminum, mined from the ground in mostly overhead wires. Where does the batteries for EV come from? As of now Lithium, also mined from the ground. Unfortunately, TESLA, the real guy, who really invented AC power that we have all come to love and rely on, his research on “OTHER PROJECTS” have dsiapered in history. Things that actually may, have a solution. Where did those ideas go? Take three guesses, first two don’t count.
So, to stop the destruction of mother earth, we are to stop “drilling” for oil, fracking etc., and trade that to mine more copper, aluminum and lithium to support your EV structure…? How again do you recycle lithium?
I can recycle copper and aluminum in my backyard all day.
Tell me, which is worse? continuing to emit carbon and drill for oil, or just dig up the entire planet for the other resources?
Wrong decade for this, we will eventually come to a non political solution for both of these issues, but now is NOT THE TIME!
