Tribute to Space-X and the dreams of Elon Musk. Inspiration 4 was a triumphant achievement, noted by almost no one.

Let me start out with NASA. Is NASA separate from the government?

NASA is an independent civilian space agency under the executive branch, created by Congress to help execute policy or provide special services (other independent agencies include the Central Intelligence Agency, the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Science Foundation).

Space-X solved NASA holdbacks by NOT being part of the government. Giving NASA all the praise and credit due for what it has accomplished is a given, no one should dispute this. However, It is/was still part of the government, which IS a problem. Putting politics in space will just re create what we have on earth.

Space-X has almost totally re invented space travel, built upon what NASA had made. Giving credit where credit is due, the tasks accomplished are simply amazing. The wins and losses are equally astounding. NASA was one of those things people aspired to, it’s big downfall was big government.

Inspiration 4 actually has meaning. Inspiration being the 1st word and the #4 being the astronauts. Do you know how it was created? Why it was named as such? The reason for the #4? What do each of the 4 represent? As it did not get much press and pretty much ignored by the Biden administration I would not fault you for not knowing. After all, these things need fuel, they are not powered by plants or solar panels so Biden will just sniff at it and walk away. It’s not a green accomplishment, but is it necessary?

YES! It is necessary. This mission was an awesome achievement, one that was supposed to “inspire” the world. The 4 “random” choices for astronauts was a lottery and was supposedly chosen by random, however each one had a specific role and reason.

Jared Isaacman, Hayley Arceneaux, Sian Proctor and Chris Sembroski all have their own special roles and are not just random people, these were all chosen for a specific reason. Netflix has a mini series on the start to finish story which is amazing. It’s not just a series it’s the reasoning, and thanks to Netflix the only other avenue to get it out for awareness. The money raised for St. Jude Hospital should send a brave new message to what real, unbridled inspiration can do for the world.

  1. Inspiration4 was chartered by Jared Isaacman This guy pretty much invented how we use our bank cards to pay for things. Amazing give back! His seat: leadership.
  2. Elon Musk and Space-X made this possible with the incredible reusable and almost 100% automated rocket and capsule. “At first, things are very expensive,” Musk noted, “and it’s only through missions like this that we’re able to bring the costs down over time and make space accessible to all.”
  3. Hayley Arceneaux, a physician with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, was chosen to represent hope.
  4. The prosperity seat was awarded to Sian Proctor, a college professor from Arizona, science communicator, artist and once aspiring NASA astronaut, was selected by the panel to represent prosperity.
  5. Chris Sembroski, an aerospace engineer and Air Force veteran, was chosen, purely by chance, to represent generosity.

I highly suggest you watch the series in whole or in part to better understand the incredible feat this is. Each individual represented a certain facet of life. Amazing pioneers, my hat’s off and good will and good fortune to them.
