You might recall “McDowell’s from the hilarious comedy Coming to America in 1988 with Eddie Murphy, Arsenio Hall, Paul Bates Louie Anderson and James Earl Jones and many more. More recently a sequel Coming 2 America 2021 on Prime with many many more iconic actors, and singers including Wesley Snipes, Tracey Morgan, Salt n Peppa and list is long. Both great movies but the McDowell’s in the original was a spin off of McDonald’s where he was constantly being harassed for having very similar menu items, but with hilarious variations. Any way, there is POP UP version of McDowell’s for only a few weeks at the Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. You can buy non refundable tickets online here and select a date and time (while they last they only have a few days available as of this writing). Un certain if the $28.00 ticket and $5.00 fee include a meal but they have some options. I expect this to be a roaming event and will visit some major pints along its travels.
