Gun own/carry law restrictions now lifted in at least 7 states. We need to wait to read the whole thing, but it sure looks like a win for NJ, NY and several other states that require you to provide proof that you need to have and or conceal carry a gun. This has been a hurdle in these states for years. They wanted a “reason” as to why you needed a gun and to carry a gun outside of your home, which actually violated the 2nd amendment.
Some of the reasons you had to provide is to show your life and or property were in danger, like a stalker, death threat etc. Now, rightfully gone from these anti gun states.

A super win for the Judicial branch, which will most likely send the house, congress and Jo Biden spinning in the coming months.
It is still advised to check with your local government on these rules and not take this news as a reason to go out with a weapon until you confirm.
Just look at the media spin on this already and it’s only been a few hours… Mayor of NY openly stated she will fight this, basically making it tough to allow this.
